Lisa,
  Just thought you might want an up date on the pup. First he didn't look
like a Capt. to me, and since he is an Australian terrier, his new name is
Sidney, which he now answers to.
  He made the trip to N.C. like a top.  And the only "stress" or "seperation
anxiety" he demonstrates is when he can see me but can't get to me.  Then
the whinning begins.
  He really enjoys his trips outside although he doesn't fully understand
them.  He shows no fear with the outside dogs,(an australian shep. and a red
bone) and yesterday he saved us all from a "killer" pine comb, which he
barked to death.  Then "proudly" went through the yard carrying his defeated
prisioner.  And why not he captured the evil thing all by himself.
  He is still young enoug to want to be a part of a litter and goes to sleep
at night with his head across my neck but later moves to a corner of the
pillow.
  He seems to be adjusting to his new home very well.  No problems as of
yet that I can detect. As I am writing this he is curled up at my feet
sleeping off his latest adventure with a very senister looking magazine,
which he took full control of, with the magazine being properly shredded.
  He is delightful.  Thank you so much.

We love Lilly!!!!!  She is a wonderful puppy.  I may have friends that would like one of these.  When are they available?

OMG Lisa!!  They're SOOOOO CUTE!!!!  How much are you asking for them??  We absolutely LOVE Dipsy which was formerly "Lucy"..... she is sooooo SMART and loves us soooo much.  She's so short and squatty.  She is the MOST PERFECT puppy we've EVER had.  Are the puppies from these litters from the same parents as Dipsy??

Thank you so much for welcoming us into your home and making us feel so comfortable.
I could have visited for the rest of the day!
All of your puppies are beautiful and it was hard choosing that special one.  But, since the beginning "Elizabeth" has been our pick.  It was good to see how pretty and healthy mom and dad were and I could'nt get over how protective he was.  Bobby is so excited (me too!) he can't wait to get her.  He has been talking with "Tootie" about her and telling her she better rest up for a new addition to the family.  It will be cute and fun to watch them bond.  Tootie has sniffed that little blanket ever since we brought it home.  She is laying on it right now.
Again, you folks are going to do great at the business of breeding these little darlings.  We sure felt good about dealing with you.  I can tell your home is filled with love and it's going to take a lot of it to share with the kids, each other and all the pups!!!
Thanks for the pictures, I have started a puppy photo file for Elizabeth.  We love our pups and take very good care of them.  Perhaps I can send you some pictures later as she grows.  Send all you want, we are enjoying looking at them.

  Hi Lisa,
My name is Stacie and I am Betty's daughter.  She wanted me to write to you and send you some pics of Sidney that I took this past weekend.  He is growing and oh-so-cute!!  He is the sweetest thing!  He has come to my house here in Georgia to visit a few times and she says he is a great travel companion.  He plays so well with my 21 month old and my 10 year old is his favorite play mate!  He gets along with the other neighborhood dogs, all of whom are bigger than he, but he hasn't realized that yet!

Mom did want me to be careful not to address him as a "dog", seeing as he is still confused about his identity.  Sometimes he thinks he's human and deserves all of the rights of being such a person (eating people food, sleeping in, or taking over, the big people bed, riding in the front seat...), and at other times, he likes to perch on mom's shoulder like a parrot. 
At any rate, I hope you and your family are well.  Here are some pictures as promised.  Take care and best wishes.  Thanks for placing Sidney in our family!

 Hi Lisa!

I got your sweet e-mail yesterday, thanks for sharing.
I just wanted to update you on "Caddie" - she is doing great!!!
She is the life of the party every day around this house.
She is getting bigger every minute and both ears are straight up.
She is doing perfect with our older dachshund "Tootie" and runs her to the limit.
She loves the big fenced in back yard and rolls in the grass and gets covered. 
Her hair is getting bluer and bluer.
She barks and plays until she can't stand up, then she falls over, lays across "Tootie" when she sleeps.
Sleeps in a crate all night and almost no peepee, poopoo incidents as of this week.
She went to the vet yesterday and got latest shots, weight, and they had a fit over her.  No one had ever seen one of these pups before.  They got out books and bragged on her.  I felt like a queen with a new baby.
She has brought more joy and laughter to our home since we lost "Sissy" - we are convinced she was heaven sent BY "Sissy." 
By the way, our computer crashed a few weeks ago and we lost everything - it just locked down.  We had a new hard drive put in but the guy could not retrieve any info - no pictures - nothing.  If you have some of "Caddie's" baby pictures or mom and dad pictures, could you please resend them to me.  I almost forgot to ask.  If not, I understand, but we lost them all.  I will send some of "Caddie" to you when I learn how to do it. 
Hope you and your family are doing well.  When is the next batch of pups due?  I would like to get another one, if I can talk Bobby into it.  Ha!

BECAUSE HE LOVES HIS MOMMY! I HAVE HIM SPOILED ROTTEN. HE SLEEP IN HIS OWN BED RIGHT BESIDE MY BED....
